Accident Reports can be obtained two ways.   A request can be mailed to the Dubois County Sheriff’s Department along with payment of $5.00 or they can be ordered on the website

If you are requesting photos that were taken of an accident or along with another type of report they are available for the following fees:

• Photo Prints – Picked up - $3.00 for 1st photo, $1.00 for each additional photo
• Photo Prints – Mailed - $3.00 for 1st photo, $1.00 for each additional photo, plus postage
• Photos on CD – Picked up - $5.00
• Photos on CD – Mailed - $10.00
